This is an exceptional example of HICKOK's model 209 VTVM. This model features the huge meter that makes taking measurements with a VTVM a pleasure. On the lower scales for voltage, there is nearly 12" of scale for only 0-3 volts!
This particular piece has to be one of the nicest original finish pieces I've owned. It comes with the original box and appears that it has spent most of its existence in it. The blue/gray wrinkle painted metal cabinet has very few flaws and shines like new. The "Guarantee" decal on the rear looks like it was just installed!
The original box shows some signs of wear and age, but it has obviously protected the meter quite well.
This unit has been restored and functions well.
All probes (including the AC probe) and test leads have been reproduced to duplicate the original type in nearly every detail.
Own a working piece of history and enjoy making measurements without loading the circuit!
