TOTALLY TUBULAR
Here is a beautifully restored Jackson model 648 Dynamic Plate Conductance vacuum tube tester. It has recently received a fresh electronic restoration and calibration. It has been thoroughly cleaned and refurbished.
The cabinet was stripped of all its hardware and original oil cloth covering. Once it was completely cleaned and sanded, a custom textured sea green multi-colored finish was applied on all surfaces. The original hardware was sandblasted, painted, then installed using new fasteners including plated t-nuts. The process of the cabinet refurbishing alone consumes approximately 6 hours of labor.
This tester is fully operational and includes a newly printed Operator's manual. It also has a very nice original roll chart along with supplemental tube chart settings.
You will not be disappointed with this fine example of Jackson's well known tester.
